The Technique

The technique is easy to learn, and effortless to practice twice a day for 10-15 minutes each time. “I am a physician working in NYC. I first had panic attacks and anxiety when I was 18 years old and had been well for many years since I first learned how to live a life free of these uncomfortable physical and psychological sensations.
